When will I receive my letter each month? 
When will I be billed?

American Heritage Adventure Letter: 
Our adventure letter subscription "month" runs consecutively with the calendar month.  You will be billed on the 1st of the month depending on your subscription type, month-to-month subscribers will be billed every month whereas other subscription types will be billed at fixed intervals depending on the subscription length..  The monthly letters will be mailed shortly after the 1st.  If you subscribe any time during the month, your first letter will be the current month's letter.  The current month's letter can be found at the bottom of our home page. 


Heritage Letter:
Our US history-based letter subscription "month" runs the 15th of one month to the 14th of the next.  You will be billed on the 1st of the month depending on your subscription type, month-to-month subscribers will be billed every month whereas other subscription types will be billed at fixed intervals depending on the subscription length. The monthly letters will be mailed shortly after the 15th.  If you subscribe any time between the 15th of one month and the 14th of the next, your first letter will be the current month's letter.  The current month's letter can be found at the bottom of our home page.
 

What is the difference between Heritage Letter and American Heritage Adventure?

We're so glad you asked! 

Our Heritage Letter monthly subscription focuses on American historical figures who have played a significant role in our country's amazing history.  They include authentic, historical portraits, historic artifacts, original signatures where possible, and multiple direct quotes per letter.

Our American Heritage Adventure Letters focus on travel to locations across the US.  They feature National Parks, historic locations, and other locations of great interest throughout the US and include a double-sided letter with hand-drawn artwork and calligraphy and a souvenir postcard.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Our 6 month and one year prepaid subscriptions as well as gift subscriptions are offered at a discount from our monthly subscription price. We also offer occasional sales so be sure to sign up for our email list to be notified of sales.

 

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month gift subscriptions, all at a discounted price from our monthly subscription price. Gift subscriptions will not auto-renew.

 

Who are your letters for?

Anyone can benefit from the Heritage Letter and American Heritage Adventure: US history & travel enthusiasts, families, homeschoolers of all ages, school classes, homeschool co-ops, even grandma and grandpa!  Our letters are perfect for anyone interested in learning more about US history or travel no matter their age!

 

Do you mail internationally?

YES!  We include US postage to all US domestic mail addresses in the cost of the subscription so for international mailings we simply charge the difference between the cost of international and US mail postage.  For customers in countries requiring VAT, we do not collect VAT payments when you purchase from us.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that VAT payments are remitted to the appropriate agency.

 

Charter School Friendly!

Our letters are considered to be non-religious in nature, so they are a wonderful option for Charter School students.  While some of the heroes and heroines we feature in our Heritage Letters led lives of tremendous faith, we do not emphasize that portion of their lives in our letters.  We prefer to leave it up to each individual family to determine what, if any aspects, of a given person's religious views to emphasize.

 

How do I log in to my account to make changes?


When you subscribe to either our Heritage Letters or our American Heritage Adventure Letters, you will receive an account activation email.  Please follow the link in that email to set up a password for your account.  Once you've activated your account you can make changes to it, including updating your address or credit card information, extending or cancelling your subscription, skipping a month, and more.  If you need help with any of these changes or can't find your account activation email, please email us at info@heritageletter.com and we'll help you.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our physical or digital products.  If you are unhappy with our products in any way, please email us at info@heritageletter.com
